Diaspora Legacy Group is a recruitment agency. We help connect qualified candidates with opportunities at licensed financial-services firms across Canada. Our recruitment service is provided to candidates at no cost.

We are not a financial-services firm. We do not provide investment, tax, legal, insurance, or licensing advice, and we do not guarantee employment, income, licensing outcomes, or placement at any specific firm.

To apply for a role through us, you must be legally entitled to work in Canada and meet the eligibility criteria of the relevant partner firm. You agree that all information you provide — including résumés, application details, and professional history — is accurate, complete, and your own to share.

Misrepresentation may result in withdrawal of your candidacy and notification to affected partner firms.

You agree not to:

• Use the site or services for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit applications on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the site.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without written permission.

The Diaspora Legacy Group name, logo, written content, design, and imagery are the property of Diaspora Legacy Group Inc. or our licensors. You may view and share linked content for personal, non-commercial use; all other rights are reserved.

The site may link to third-party websites operated by partner firms or industry resources. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.

The site and our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diaspora Legacy Group, its directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site or services. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts located in Toronto, Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the site.
